1. How can volunteers help support the Seacoast Swim Club Team?
Seacoast swim club is a non-profit organization run by a volunteer Board of Directors. The club relies heavily on parent involvement and resources for our success. The Board of Directors meet regularly and encourage your interest and feedback.
2. I'm a new parent to the sport of Swimming & Seacoast, Who do I talk to about getting more involved?
Start by talking to your swimmer's coach to confirm their swimming level i.e. Blue/Bronze/Silver/Gould. Then contact the appropriate "Age Group Rep" for more specific questions & answers.
3. What are Seacoasts major fundraisers. What can I do to help?
Two Swim meets (Spring & Fall) are our major source of fundraising & represent the greatest need of volunteers including:
4. I have no swim meet experience, is there a good "entry level" way to become involved?
No experience necessary - TIMERS are positioned at the end of the pool and provide back-up timing for each swimmer. TIMERS generally work in pairs and benefit from being close to the swimmers, the action AND the water (dress accordingly).
5. What is an OFFICIAL, can I be one?
OFFICIALS are a key component & important part of every type of competition. Training and certification is required for these positions. Clinics are offered at various times throughout the year. For further details contact one of our meet directors.

6. My swimmer isn't participating in swimmeets, Are there other ways to get involved?
Volunteers are always in need for Suit sales, swim-a-thons, bottle drives, Pancake Breakfasts etc. - Contact your swimmer's Age Group Rep to get started!
